  • All new students must complete a New Student Questionnaire. This will be sent to you once your booking has been received.

  • Refunds (for class and course bookings) will be made only in the event of the teacher cancelling classes or in exceptional circumstance (e.g. serious health issues or life-changing events).

  • Missed classes cannot be carried over into a future term/block/course. Where possible missed classes can be made up in an alternative class running in the same term.

  • Classes/courses may be cancelled if fewer than six people sign up. If a class/course has to be cancelled you will normally be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a choice of refund, credit or pass extension.

  • Please note that single class drop-ins are valid for only one week, so cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
